My hubby has a kind heart

This morning my baby sent me an mms...
Telling me about a little bird he saved this morning.
My hubby has a kind heart...
He always likes to save animals, insects, whatever non-harmful living things..

If he sees a snail in the middle of a path, he will bring the snail to some grassy area where no pedestrian will step on it..
If he sees a little kitten or puppy lost, he will always want to go forward and give love to the little kitten or puppy..
He once told me he brought home a sick little kitten when he was younger and took care of the kitten for many days..
& this is not the first time he saves a bird definitely..
It just puts a smile on my face reading the mms when I first woke up and I'm so happy he shared the picture of the lil birdy with me..
He just brightens up my day... As always...
Had training today..
There will be 2 new launches, so watch out ladies!! =)
1 new cleansing oil + 1 new cream foundation..
Tried on both during training today.. Just 1 word: FABULOUS!
Can't wait for the new launches and I must say they are both wonderful creation..
Another 4 sleepless nights to go before I see my hubby..
It's a REAL TORTURE.
Baby, I miss you so dearly..
Even though you just booked in yesterday morning...
It feels like as if I haven't seen u for years..

Busy busy busy....

I know I have not been blogging for many days...

-Saturday 11th August 2007-
Baby booked out of camp in the evening and I was craving for Laksa, so I had Laksa for dinner..
Hmm... Too bad it's not as nice as Katong's Laksa...
So sad to have awful food...
It's such a torture for my body and my tastebuds...

Later in the night, we were both hungry and then decided to go to NTUC to see if there was anything that we could grab for supper..
Then we bought sushi, + super nice california handrolls..
Baby bought a chicken steak as well.. Looked yummy, and was yummy in fact!! =P
So we had supper and then I had a good night sleep..
Because I had my baby right beside me.. =)

-Sunday 12th August 2007-
Me and baby woke up early because we wanted McDonald's for breakfast!!
So baby went to buy breakfast and we had them at the comfort of our home...
So nice to be having breakfast with my love...

Went to buy shoes for work as well..
Managed to buy one at Peninsula at $99..
Went back to my papa's after that..
and ah gong had to go to the hospital..
Hope he's fine...
His health has been bad recently...
Pray hard that he can be strong...

Today is my first day at shu uemura....
Work today was fun and enjoyable..
It is definitely 100% different from the madhouse...
And the things that I will be looking at from today on are things that I am interested in..
There are more to learn of course..
Hope I can get all those product knowledge in my head asap..
Working with my shu girls will definitely be fun!! =)

I miss my baby..
He managed to book in this morning..
which gave me 1 more night to sleep with him last night...
& he left a sweet love note for me this morning before he left...
I will have to wait till Saturday before I could see him again..
This is torturing...
But I am waiting patiently....

Baby, i love you.

Last Day at the Madhouse, A little tribute to my banana...

Today is my last day at the madhouse..
I hate farewells...
But I had to go....

The only thing that I will miss...
Is chatting throughout that 8.5hrs of work with my banana...
The only person I will miss..
Is my banana.. Everyday I just wanna go to work because I will see her...

I do not know what I can give her...
To my dearest banana,
It's been a great pleasure knowing you..
There have been so much happy times spent together in the madhouse and on all the outings we had together..
There are so many photos that we took...
But here I have a collage of some of the photos that we took together during all this while..
A little gift from me to you here..
To thank you for all the love and care you've showered me..
& all the countless gifts..
& most importantly, our friendship....

(I'm no expert in doing photo collage, I spent a long time on this)

And something that I wish I could have brought home today...But unfortunately I couldn't...

All the countless mails in my corporate inbox....
All that I've saved in my special folder named "My Banana"...
& here are all the love gifts from my banana to me all these while...
seriously everyday was like christmas for the both of us..
Things that I will keep with me forever in my life...
Things that had put a smile on my face and brightened that very day of mine...

It's my last day at the madhouse..
But it is not me and my banana's last day!

Baby's ICT DAY 5

I'm not in a good mood again..
First it was diarrhoea...
Second it is definitely my baby...

Tomorrow is Saturday.
It's the day that I look forward this whole week and will be looking forward to the coming two Saturdays for the next two weeks because Saturday is the day my baby gets to come home...
I thought I would be able to see my baby tomorrow afternoon...
I'll probably sleep till late so when I wake up, he'll be right before me...
But baby just told me earlier that he will only be home tomorrow around evening.
SUCKS BIG TIME.

I really don't understand why he has to serve reservist for so fugging long time.
The government really has nothing better to do.
Okie, I understand that men have to go back for such training once in a year.
OKIE, that is fine.
But 3 weeks is so long.
And for this week and next week, there was practically nothing much for my baby to do in camp except for attending lessons and lessons.
And he only has like maximum 4 lessons in a day I guess.
After dinner around 6pm, they basically have nothing to do in camp, except for sleeping, talking, gaming, wasting time away..
I really cannot understand why can't they just make it a week's training and do everything in one week.
They are only back for reservist, it's not that they are serving their NS..
I wonder who plan this.
Totally brainless.
Made me totally mood-less! For these 3 weeks!

For my baby...

To my perfect hubby...
(I know no one is perfect, my hubby is not a perfect man, but he is perfect to me)

Was looking through some old photos...
There are simply too many photos we took together since the day we met...
Some in hardcopies, which I've secured in our albums at home...
Most in the dvds that you've stored them in...

People often ask:
"How did you guys met?"
"How did you know he's your Mr.Right?"
"How did he proposed to you?"
"Won't you have any regrets, you're so young!"
"How come you can love each other so much?"
Many questions, sometimes I really do not know how to answer...

We met in the year 2002, end of 2002.
The first day we met was at our ex-company event..
We were then with Flash n Splash Pte Ltd..
We first met at Sentosa, where Roxy Jam 2002 was held..
He was a 100% beach boy. I was new to the company, so I was rather shy.
He went around taking pictures...
I was so engrossed with the performance rehearsal..
I didn't pay attention to him.. Neither was I attracted to him, even though he was appealing I must admit.

We started to go out beginning of 2003..
The first date was on Valentine's Day 2003..
It was a lovely day..
First was a bouquet delivery surprise at my workplace..
Then it was a romantic dinner..

We've spent all the occasions together since we met..
We missed out none..
And apart from all the good times we spent together..
He's brought me to places I've never been...
This is something that I feel is very special of us...

To be exact, we have been together for a period of 4 years and 6 months...
We've been lawful man and wife since 16th December 2005..
So that makes us lawful couple for about 1 year and 8 months..
It was not a long time I admit..
Compared to those who have been for 10 years or so..
But I must say all these 4 and 1/2 years together have been fruitful, meaningful, eventful, memorable and totally enjoyable...
It was the happiest part of my life all these while...
It was not easy to maintain a relationship..
Needless to say keep it "hot" and "lovey-dovey" for a long time..
However I would like to say..
We've sowed the seeds of our relationship well and it has been a strong and always loving one..
All the time we spent together are mostly of laughters, fun and joy...
We give and take..
We care and share..
And I must say it is indeed one special relationship that no one else except us know how special it is...

We went through thick and thin together..
We fought through all obstacles and odds..
We made the impossible possible...
We hold on to this love so strong that no one else, NO ONE can break...

We see each other almost everyday..
Except for the days when the hubby goes to serve the nation..
I don't know if he is sick of me..
But not that I know of.. yet.. (hehe...)
As for me, I have never grown sick nor tired of him...
I do not need time to do my own stuff...
I do not need to take any break from him..
There is nothing I want to do but to spend time with him..

We know very sure that the relationship we have is different from others...
We know we're for each other..
We know nothing can replace any one of us in each other's heart..
We know we're forever and ever..

I always tell my hubby...
I wanna be your wife next lifetime, next next lifetime, next next next 1 zillion lifetimes......
This may sound stupid/ crazy/ childish to you...
But I really hope I can be his wife all my lives...

When people ask:
"Hey your hubby got propose to you with diamond ring?"
"Hey your hubby got bring you to a romantic place for proposal?"

My answers to the above is No, No and No....

There ain't any special proposal..
I was not being "proposed" with a diamond..
It's all unnecessary..

When we say the vows when we were officially man and wife...
The day we said "I do"
We vowed to each other that we will love each other unconditionally..
In rich or in poverty..
In health or in sickness...
Forsaking all others..

I know no bombastic words..
I can't write romantic poems..
I am not good in my vocabulary...

I just want to say...
Darling,
It is definitely something good that I've done in my past life to be able to marry with you..
You may think I'm exaggerating..
Because I'm not married to some rich man's son... Nor do you earn alot every month...
I do not need any of those...
I just need you...
I know there are many things you've done that upset me or hurt me...
But all those are gone in my memory.. For I do not keep them for more than 24hours..
All those in my memory are happy times we spent together...
I hope I've made you happy all these years...
And seeing you laugh is my greatest achievement....
I once said I want to make you the happiest man in the world...
And I also said we'll build the world's happiest family..
I know it's all coming true..

I love you.

Remembering the sweetest moments..

Christmas last year...

Our 1st anniversary cum christmas last year...

Being by your side, in your arms is the safest places in the whole world...
Hold me in your warm arms and never let me go...

I miss you, see you on Saturday baby...

The Hubby was home... But back to camp again...

Today is National Day.
Happy National Day everybody..

The hubby came home last night at around 11+pm..
I was so happy to see him...
Though I was tired and slept early last night, knowing he's just sleeping right beside me is really so different...
The pass 2 nights, I couldn't sleep well because he wasn't with me..
Last night just having him in our room makes me feel so safe and sound..
Aiya, I don't know how to describe but it is just very different not having him by my side...
I hate this feeling.

So we spent the whole of today together...
Like there's no tomorrow..

But now I'm sad again..
Because he just left for camp again at 10pm.
I don't understand....
Why do they have to do reservist..
I mean I understand the need to...
But does it really have to be so frequent and for 3 weeks?
I think 3 weeks is too long..
1 week or the most 2 is enough...
People like me cannot live without the husbands...
And I bet there are families that are bound to much inconvenience when the man goes back to camp to do reservist..

Sigh....
Tomorrow I shall write to the government.

I miss my hubby...
Terribly...
